- the two cottages are mirror images of each other and furnished almost identically
- Maple and Birch are rented separately, are private and self-contained; however, when rented together,the two cottages are perfect for two families vacationing together, or a larger group wishing to share accommodation
- when Maple and Birch are rented together, the adjoining doors on the shared wall can be opened to provide access between the two cottages, and the division between the two screened porches can be opened up to create one 32' long porch
